CVS Pharmacy

"Went in today and the pharmacist on duty at 2:30 on 2/10/24 is very rude. I asked her to no touch my Credit card three times and she still took it. When she didn’t push a button on her screen and blame me for not putting my card it right when my chip was in. Then when I tried to take my card she waved me off and took my card again. Then after she finally pushed the button on her screen I was able to make the payment, and when the receipt came out, I asked her for the receipt and she took it and threw it at me."

"Worst Cvs there’s always an issue whether it’s the prescription the insurance guys don’t waste your time find another CVS or try H-E-B or Walgreens. It’s not worth the hassle, especially when you depend on these medication‘s being filled on time…. How sad Cvs was my go to the Congress. Location is really good in Austin but this one…. it’s just …. it’s the worst."

"The people who work here are never in a good mood and have zero customer service skills. Asking them to fill my prescription is always a bother. I was in line today at 6:50. The 2 ladies ahead of me took a while. I was only picking up and gave them until the afternoon since my dr had called in my prescription in since 2pm and they hadn’t text me that it was ready for pick up yet. As the clock struck 7, they suddenly finished with both people ahead of me and told me I would have to come back tomorrow as they were closed. I simultaneously get a text that my prescription is “ready for pickup” at 7pm. For me, it’s the lack of empathy and understanding. When I clearly saw the guy walk away from the computer at 6:58 to not help me and then the other girl from the other register had to tell me that right at 7. I will not be using this pharmacy anymore. I seem to never have good service time and time again"

"CVS in general is not my first choice. I have tried 3 different CVS and its one issue after another. Today was the last straw after waiting at the pharmacy counter for 8 plus min, I was appalled at the lack of cleanliness this store. The pharmacy area where shots are given by the pharmacist had over flowing trash, dirty alcohol pads, and bandaids with blood on the floor. The sales floor is ALWAYS dirty, trash is literally in every aisle. Not the small trash...... receipts, paper, empty cups, and there was even crumbled up snot rags in the magazine holder right at the self checkout. People with weak immune should not shop here. Ill have to find another Pharmacy. My insurance does not allow me to choose Walgreens for some reason."
