H-E-B Pharmacy

"Not very friendly towards Deaf....I used their drive thru, (not the first time), gestured I'm deaf so they could send the tube, gave them everything they would need for my med, they gave me my med and my cards back along with a "nice" (read: passively discriminatory) little note to "go inside next time". Apparently they didn't want to be inconvenienced with an extra minute or two to communicate via written word instead of spoken word? Pls note I've been here several times before and gotten along just fine, no issues whatsoever. Why take away my choice to use drive thru or inside? You wouldn't take that choice away from hearing people, now would you?"

"No more prepaid line so what's the point of prepaying? Now everyone has to wait in one long slow line, which was the biggest issue I had with the pharmacy before I started prepaying"

"Pharmacy technicians are often rude and give conflicting if not outright incorrect information. When confronted with that they usually cannot manage to even give an apology and instead give another empty promise. Very disappointing customer service from what we’ve come to expect from HEB."

"I should have known better than to try and use HEB given these horrible reviews. The employees are extremely rude. I've been fighting to get my meds for two days. My seizure meds that I absolutely cannot go without. They called ONE time to get the prescription then just said "sorry we called once and didn't get ahold of them" if you can't do your job.. don't offer pharmacy services. I highly HIGHLY recommend going anywhere but here."

"Having a medically complex child means I am more than familiar with how tedious and frustrating it can be to get prescriptions filled. This pharmacy went above and beyond to help us out when our usual pharmacy didn’t have our medication on hand. Even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon, they worked hard to get my son his medication before he ran out. I really appreciate their help and efforts!"
