"Maddie is amazing! I've seen her for two things: I had shoulder surgery and she helped me get my range of motion back to exactly what it was before the surgery, and my strength back to where I need it to be. I also have hypermobility related issues and she worked with my feet and ankles to regain stability. I had gotten to the point where I struggled to walk distances and now I can hike, run, and wear heels again! I've seen the other pts there as well and they're just as good. You can't go wrong with any of them."

"Frozen Shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) is not something I ever imagined or knew existed. Went to the orthopedic surgeon thinking there was no possible way to fix my shoulder without surgery. I could barely get a shirt on and could sleep without pain after an onset of about three months. When I was told to try PT first, I was frustrated and thought there would be little chance of it helping at all. By this point lifting a sheet or pillow was excruciating. I met Jay and he knew exactly what it was and said let's get started! After day ONE of 60 minutes of working my arm and shoulder on the table, I saw tremendous improvement including 20-30 more mobility. By the 4th session, it was 70% back to normal. I'm now 4 weeks in and have zero pain and 95% mobility and still gaining incremental improvements by the day. It has not been without pushing through some discomfort as we work through each muscle and it sometimes feels like chasing a moving target. I can honestly say what I went though to beat this messed up thing called Frozen Shoulder is a way better option than surgery. Jay has worked miracles and I cannot say enough about his skills, communication and ability to read my comfort level as we worked through it all. Highly recommended!! "I was referred to Therapy Partners of North Texas NRH/Keller location by both my doctor and someone I know. The entire staff is wonderful, and Maddie, my PT was awesome. I was still having issues with my foot 11 months after surgery, and she went right to work on it. In two months time, she had everything in my foot loosened up and strengthened to the point that I no longer limped. If I have future issues or future surgeries, I will be back to this location asking for Maddie for sure!"
