"Nrh location never answers the phone. Will set you up with a policy that you have to pay at their location then forwards your call to different locations that can't accept your payment all day and almost impossible to get them to accept your call"
"These people are so rude and to be specific Veronica and April. I paid and did everything they asked which took forever because I got placed on hold and transferred so many times then they didn’t send me my declaration or ID cards. So I had to call them the next day and then it was the same rodeo. One of the times I got placed on hold I ended up getting picked up by their voicemail. Then to top it off they sent me someone else declaration page and information!! Never again will I be dealing with these people."
