Estrella del Paso, formerly known as Diocesan Migrant & Refugee Services, Inc. (DMRS), is a non-profit organization located at 2400 Yandell Drive in El Paso, Texas, United States. Since 1986, Estrella del Paso has been providing free immigration legal services to migrants and refugees in West Texas and New Mexico. As a ministry of the Catholic Diocese of El Paso, Estrella del Paso serves tens of thousands of individuals each year with a denial rate that is nearly zero. The organization is the largest provider of immigration legal services in the region, offering advocacy, expertise, and community outreach to protect immigrants' rights and advance justice in the spirit of the Gospel.
