"I feel bad for writing this but I have literally had 4 bad experiences here within two weeks. And unfortunately, this isn't new. Every time I go in to McCoy's its an unpleasant experience. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I get it, working retail can be annoying at times, but you literally get paid to have good customer service. The staff never wants to help, they're rude and inconvenienced when you ask them to do their job... my family and I fight over who has to go in because we hate dealing with the people in this store. I don't expect a lot, but the bare minimum would be nice as far as helping a customer goes. Maybe a "Hi, welcome in" or a "Thank you" would be nice. Much better the the scathing stares I get instead. From now on if there is anything that I need that I can buy elsewhere I'll get it somewhere else. My advice, go to true value where they actually treat customers like people and avoid the jerks at the McCoy's registers. Shout out to the guys who work in the lumber yard/ out back. They're the only friendly and helpful people there."
