So when I needed a chainsaw guess where I went. Printed me a quote for my customer and everything. Then when I went in to get it they didn't have the model I was looking for. But they were so helpful I got an upgrade to a better saw. Customer happy and I am overjoyed. Recommend In and Out Rental as your go to..."

"I have had 2 experiences in the past month or so. 1: I went in with a few weeks ago with questions about chain saws, the lady who helped me had extensive knowledge, she was able to answer all my questions and guide me to the correct saw for my needs. Not once did I feel pressured upsold. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable considering it is my first chain saw. I believe her name is Katrina or Kathy she said to call her Kat. 2: I had gone in with questions regarding the rentals. I was help by a man who seemed to be upset to be working that day. That is the nice way to put it. My questions were cut short with no real explanation or answers. I was turned off by this nature so I ask for the lady was rudely told she was at lunch. So I left came back a couple of hours later and thankful she was there! Once again she was outstanding. We are diy remodeling and looking for guidance. She was able to explain the difference in floor sanders they offer, explained why they don't have trencher but offered a small excavator explained how to use it. She showed us the new skid steers, and so much more. I could keep bragging on her. The moral of this the only reason I gave 4 stars is cause of her. If I had a better experience with that man it would have been 5 stars. Kat is the true asset of the company if it wasn't for her we most likely take our business elsewhere. Make sure if you go in ask for Kat. She will take her time and great care of you."

"A great selection of equipment to rent in good working order. Reasonable prices though delivery a bit steep considering you’re renting the equipment. Regardless always accommodating and flexible on pickup of rolling stock. Smaller things that can be loaded in a pickup they will load for you. Only time a piece of equipment failed to operate they picked up and didn’t charge. Appears to be family owned and run by longtime locals."
