"This place is beyond ridiculous. Rude unprofessional and disrespectful staff. They took 4 vitals and was very rough with me while getting checked kept the IV in for 4 hours. Complaining and unwelcoming staff. horrible atmosphere, this experience has been my worst in my history of going to the ER or hospitals."

"I am so tempted to write about my horrible experience I just had with them. I went in for my blood pressure being high with no pain or anything literally decided to go because my blood pressure was high. And I literally ended up in Critical condition because of them giving me medications back to back which I expressed my concerns to the nurse because in my spirit I felt like they were giving me too much but the nurse completely disregarded my concern and told me I should be more concerned about my blood pressure being high. I literally ended up leaving with stage 2 kidney disease which I believe was from all the medications they threw at me and on top of that while I was in critical condition they gave me 4 aspirins to take at once."

"Visit on 12/28/2023 I've gone here for quite a few procedures over the years. Initially they seemed to care and were on time and the technicians treated you with some decency, concern & respect. I'm up in years & had an appointment which I arrived 30 minutes before even though you give them EVERYTHING over the phone and when checking in you have to give them all the same insurance & medical information, repeating all the things that are in the Memorial Hermann system. Don't they talk to there own system. I waited almost 2 hours for a 5 minute xray. After an unacceptable amount of time, I ask the the lady who checked me in (she was very kind and engaging) and asked why haven't they called me? I was seriously planning on leaving. The registration lady called them in the back & she escorted me to the dressing room and helped me with getting prepared. So I had to change clothes but I was freezing from waiting area & women's dressing. I was afraid to go to the restroom for fear they would pass me up again. So while waiting I just waited outside dressing room looking down the hallway both ways & towards the xray room. I eventually saw the tech come out of xray room and she saw me and was ready but told her I needed to go to the restroom. BIG MISTAKE! Well I knew it was going to happen that she wouldn't be waiting for me (she was already going down the hall with another patient) so I sat in the hallway right in front of xray room that was offered by another tech/nurse. When the x-ray tech saw me again in the hallway she was walking somewhere and said to wait in dressing room (NOPE) I declined because of being so cold and in pain. I knew my experience in the x-ray room was not going to be good and it wasn't. She was RUDE, difficult for her accomadating to my needs. I think she needs some additional training dealing with elderly patients in severe pain. I will be afraid to ever go back. Either another facility or different hospital system for me. I've been here for emergency several years back and it was okay and I was a walk in at 5am because they were 10 minutes from my home but I will go to the medical center by ambulance next time. "The experience was horrible. I came in they gave me no meds no IV nothing after I told them I was in pain had been throwing up and pretty sure dehydrated. I sat up in that room for 4 hrs and fell asleep then when I woke I noticed no one still came In to check on me or anything. I asked to be discharged. She told me I didn’t have to sign anything and I was good to go. No word from the doctor or nurse. I mean nothing i will never come back here ever again. So don’t waste your time like I did mines."

"I thought I may have been the only person who had bad lunch here until I read others reviews. I came in 2 days after having my baby with severely elevated blood pressure. I was seen by 2 people, one of whom asked me "why would I come to them with high blood pressure, didn't I know that I should just go to my regular doctor." My husband explained that because it the weekend and I had just given birth we needed to rule out postpartum preeclampsia. But the real issue is the rudeness and dismissive attitude of a medical emergency. I consulted 2 doctors prior to coming who both urged me to go to the ER immediately. Not only did the medical staff at Summer Creek try to prescribe me meds that I could not take because I was breastfeeding (which I'm sure I explained more than 5 times..."hey just had a baby & breastfeeding"), the doctor said because I was under the concerning pressure by a couple she wasn't too worried. While there they were also sending the imaging tech to all the rooms. Pretty sure I paid for an x-ray while there for BP issues. Thankfully I made it through the weekend, went to my OB where I was immediately admitted to the Women's hospital. The Summer Creek location should be shut down!"
