"This is such a Bad KFC. Almost 30 minutes for a 3 simple combos. I dont know if they properly trained their employees before putting them in the kitchen from the looks of it they clearly miss the mark. I understand work can be boring sometimes but messing around during work hours for the long it show they dont care. Worst experience ever"

"Waited almost an hour for an order. Last night I went ubering and I got an order from this place I accepted and showed up to the restaurant. I get there around 9:30, I get down and try to open the door and it is closed there is no sign of saying to use the drive thru or anything I see the workers there and decide to knock but I get ignored by them. I decide to go through the drive thru and they proceed to tell me to wait in the to go parking once there I waited and got the order at almost 10:30 almost a whole hour for this food, not only that I decide to call them at 10:02 to see what was going on they said 5 more minutes it wasn’t ready in five more minutes. If this is how long they take to serve food it shouldn’t be considered a fast food restaurant not even a regular restaurant takes that long to give you your food. Plus usually when I accept an order in Uber the order is already ready so this was just another level of bad service."

"I always read the reviews before going to a new place and I forgot to do it for this place. Asked for chicken sandwich.. got a cold cold stale piece of chicken with chewy bread. Cold chewy “fries” that tasted like flour. Never again"

"Got the $20 box yesterday, I literally live 3 minutes behind this location, got home snd the fries were old and stale, 90% of them were too hard and cold to eat. The biscuits were dry & cold and seem to be sitting out. The chicken was okay but was soggy, the only thing edible were the nuggets. They also shorted my daughters kids meal by 2 nuggets. This is poor management and food service quality needs to be revamped. You can clearly see in the photo how old this food was. Ridiculous"

"Dying roach on floor while trying to eat my meal. Made me sick to my stomach before I started to eat my meal; did not take one bite of meal since I noticed the dying roach as I was sitting down to try to begin eating meal. Worse are the young adults that are operating this establishment, they would not refund a meal that I did not even take a bite of. They say it is direction given to them not to refund by their general manager that was not on site. I know that this roach is not part of Colonel Sanders secret recipe. Today is June 18, 2023. Their City of El Paso Planning and Inspections Food License expired May 20, 2023."
