"Who ever verified my insurance failed to inform me that my insurance was out of network. When I called I asked “ Do you take “my insurance” I was told “yes”. I am guessing my question should have been “Are you in-network with my insurance?”, but this is where ETHICS come into play. They could have said, “ we take your insurance, but we are out of network” … but why would they? They’d lose my business. I ended up paying more than I would have with an in-network provider. Before I’m told that it is difficult working with insurances … it’s your job and you should be very transparent when keeping the patient informed! Do better for the patient!"
"I received excellent service. Dental assistant made the process smooth. She gave me a tour of the facility that made me familiarize with the staff, services provided, and facility in general. She was very professional and kind when taking X-rays and other exams and letting Dr. and Dental Hygienist know when I was ready to be seeing by them. To close a wonderful experience, she walked me out and gave me a goody bag:-). I highly recommend Westlake Family Dentistry."

"Went in today with my husband. They provided Amazing service! Everyone in the office was extremely nice. The receptionist was extremely friendly, the assistant was extremely nice and informative, and the Dentists were extremely helpful, professional, and honest. Even though the office was closing early, they made sure to answer each and every question, they didn’t rush us or get annoyed when we asked questions. They told us our options and let us know their opinion. I am extremely satisfied with their service and now I understand why they have great ratings. On top of that, they gave us these cute cookies. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends."
