Pool Skimmers

"It’s not my nature to leave reviews but I feel compelled to let someone know about my experience with this company. In the beginning I was very impressed. But on two separate occasions now I’ve found that they just take the liberty of adding “service call fees of $130” to the bill and don’t even tell the customer. They have me on auto draft so had I not checked my account I never would’ve known. My pool light had come loose I noticed one day and just asked that the next time they are at my house servicing the pool if they could just adjust it because they are there anyway? Never told me they’d charge my account $130 on top of the monthly service amount. Today again my pool is being serviced and a $13 part missing. Of course I’d pay for the part it took the guy 2 minutes and he’s already there anyway and Scott tries to bill me $130 for just todays missing part. Loyal I’ve been for almost a year now and my pool is spotless and even to service. I tell him today that I’m not paying $130 service fee for today they are already at my pool anyway for a scheduled maintenance and he hangs up on me. I’m also a business owner and I would never hang up on a client nor have I. I don’t understand how he can justify charging me this fee when they are at my house already anyhow. Hanging up on me tells me he must have enough clients already to treat me this way. Anyways it’s a sad shame this is how he runs a business after literally he pulls from my account monthly guaranteed. Just want you to be warned that if you do business with him watch your account. He won’t tell you when there is a fee tacked on to your monthly servicing and so unless you check you won’t know."

"Such an awful business! Their tech broke the pool filter and instead of reporting it to us, they left it there to deteriorate until the small pieces got sucked in the pump and broke our equipment….when notified of the damage the owners wife asked “do you have pictures or video of our tech causing the damage”. Mind you this home had been vacant for 2 months when this damage occurred. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever!! Horrible company!"
