"Horrendous experience. The ER, GI doctor, and hospitalist were dismissive and ill equipped to serve patients. From not reviewing charts, to refusing to disclose results of imaging in ER and then lying about it during an investigation into care, this hospital should absolutely not be your choice for care. The nurses were skilled and helpful, the surgeon was competent, but the hospital system overall is gravely flawed. Even after taking measures to enter into an investigation for poor care, the doctors refused to acknowledge their fault and blatantly lied. Cannot emphasize enough how much I do NOT want this to be someone else’s experience. It was a medical nightmare and now financial burden - all which could have been avoided if I had been provided with adequate care. In sum, please choose somewhere else to receive care."

"Giving this place a single star is generous. My wife was treated so badly by the triage nurse and doctor she checked herself out. The nurse was rude and abrasive. The doctor dismissive when advised of one of her previous surgeries. He basically didn't believe she'd had that type of surgery. Well, the surgery is uncommon due to the risk involved, but she has had it. She was placed in a small area where it was so hot she was sweating. She finally decided enough was enough and left. Too bad we had already paid our co-pay. We will be bypassing this, the nearest to us, hospital in the future."

"What an amazing experience we had! Absolutely amazing bedside care from start to finish! Thank you to all nurses who assisted my mom during her breast surgery! I am in awe and appreciate the love and tender care. My mom knew she was in good hands. "Took my husband here today. He was taken back quickly but the Hispanic lady at the counter would not let me go back there with him. She said only if he is admitted and in a room, can I go in the room with him but she was letting all the people of color go back there with their family members! Racist! Also, out of all the people that were in the ER, I was the only one she took a copay from! Wasn't very impressed with the woman that came to get him for a CT scan. She kept coming out in the waiting room calling for him even though I told her he was already back there. It took her about 30 minutes to find him even though he was in the same room where they did triage. Luckily, the nurses and doctors seemed to know what they were doing. The waiting area needs some TLC and 4 out of the 5 light bulbs were burned out over the front desk. With all the money the hospital makes, you would think they could afford new light bulbs! Next time, we will choose a different ER."
