"Rooms were clean. Staff was polite and attentive. The group I was with needed to leave our luggage for most of the day until we headed to the airport. The manager was very accommodating. Thanks for everything!"
"Well, can’t say anything bad, had an excellent time here. Was able to sleep, quiet location right outside of the city of Austin. Hotel staff was kind and accommodating. Decent breakfast selection and right next to restaurant and convenience store. Would stay here again!"
"I stayed in this hotel for 3 months last year. It was wonderful. New management took over at the beginning of the year and now the place is horrible. They raised the rate for using laundry facilities. They took out the vending machine. They no longer provide the continental breakfast that other choice hotel locations provide. When expressed my disappointment to the new management they made up a lie saying that the rooms were cheaper now because they weren't providing the normal breakfast. Prices on the rooms are the same as before. I could go on and on about my disappointment in this location. Put simply I will not be returning."
"This was perfect for a quick visit to see my son in Austin and close to downtown Austin. Staff were fantastic, rooms are comfortable, bed & pillows were great, rooms super clean, and breakfast was good. The only thing I would request, would be for them to add hot oatmeal to their buffet breakfast. All in all, it was a fabulous stay! Would stay here again."
