Cicis Pizza

"This trip to Cicis was a little disappointing. I was there around 7:45 in the evening, and many of the pizzas were dark and it was difficult to tell exactly what toppings were on each. When a pepperoni hit the buffet, I quickly grabbed a few slices as I knew it wouldn't last long. The more I ate the pizza, the less I wanted to eat more of it, specifically the pepperoni. I'm not sure what was off about it but it lost its flavor. There were plenty of fresh bread sticks though, and I'm a sucker for dipping those in the red sauce (which had an excellent consistency which is sometimes hit or miss). There was a combined dessert pizza/cinnamon roll option on the dessert area, and I don't think it was ever replenished when I was there, so I got the last not-so-fresh cinnamon roll. The game room looked well lit and fun for the kiddos that were there. Overall it was a sub par visit of what I would consider the typical 'Cicis Experience'."

"Food is amazing have been coming here for years,but over the past 2 it has just kept improving and improving, never once have I had an issue with the pizza at the buffet or carry out. Service is superb, they are bilingual so it helps out a ton since they are located in a multiple language area,servers work fast and efficient wipe down tables and clean everything properly. Atmosphere is the lowest scorer everything is amazing ,but the male bathroom, and female from what I've heard,are in dire need of upgrades two of the doors don't lock properly, another thing,that i understand is mostly out of their control,is that customers DO NOT respect property, I've seen multipe kids banging,breaking,and shaking the arcade machines making them useless to the next person that uses them. The sonic basketball machine is the best."

"Everything looked and tasted great. However it did not agree with my stomach later on when I got home. And I have a pretty tough stomach?! Service was great bathrooms were clean. Buffet was well stocked."

"I ordered 3 simple items through uber eats and they messed up two of them. When this happens, they make you re order and pay the fees and tip all over again. They don’t pay attention to the orders. It was literally 4pm when I ordered so it’s not like they were busy, they are just careless. Won’t order from here again. Also the Mac n cheese pizza I ordered was so soaked from the runny cheese I couldn’t eat the pizza correctly. The toppings would literally fall off as soon as I grab the crust to hold it so I had to let them fall off, then scoop them up with pieces of the pizza. Never again."
