"This have nothing to do with the quality of care that the Providers provides. This review is towards management. I was called and scheduled to come in for a in person interview. I even sent a message asking if we can do it by zoom or whichever app of her choice. Never got a response so I drove over a hour in a half for the interview just to sit in the lobby over 30 minutes past the scheduled time. She apologized as if she was so busy within this little tight outdated office full of paper files . Her interview with me lasted every bit of 5 minutes. Never heard back not to even say that we choose to move forward with another candidate. That right there tells me a lot about management and she needs to know don't waste people time and gas!!!!"
"Just like other Doctor offices. No respect for your time. Not even a mention that they are running late. Just sit here until we are ready for you, which ended up 1 1/2 hours. Then Doctor wasn't prepared as he was in a rush to get to me. Had no idea of my background. More importantly.... I was the last appointment, so rushed me out. #yourtimeisnotvaluable #nexttimegotoharvard"

"Dr. Vidi is very nice and sincere about patients care. However, his staff seems not so diligent. Told 3 different MAs had current bloodwork done at PCP. When I went in for follow up 2 weeks later, staff had still not called to get bloodwork, he had to tell them to get it during our appointment. Then had to go to pharmacy 3 times trying to get new prescriptions that were not sent to pharmacy."
