"I highly recommend this place for your sleep study. I can't remember the lady's name that helped me but she was awesome!! She was very nice and explained everything she as doing. The rooms were very nice and made you feel relaxed and like you were at home in your own bed. Thank you for such a great experience."
"The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Just make sure to bring your own blanket. The blanket(s) provided are not cozy, they are stiff and scratchy. Also, make sure to turn the fan on, the room got very stuffy in the middle of the night and you can't get up to turn it on without calling the staff, which I didn't want to do for something so trivial. The place however was very clean and the monitoring equipment was hidden well to help make the room more comfortable and less medical."
"I regret having to submit a negative review.. This review in no way applies to the technicians. They were knowledgable, friendly, and most concerned with my comfort. They are five star staff. I am reviewing the facilities. The room I was assigned had an adjustable bed that didn't adjust.For someone with a history of reflux, I never sleep flat. The techs provided extra pillows to help raise my head. The techs tried to find a fix for the bed but couldn't without crawling underneath the bed. When hooking up the electrodes, several didn't work so the technician spent so much time trying to find replacement cords. During the sleep study, the tech came into my room more than once to replace monitoring cords that stopped working. I am so sorry for the techs having to waste so much time and effort to get equipment to work. This was not my first sleep study but I would have to say this one did not go smoothly. I have no idea if or how the faulty equipment may have affected the sleep study results. This was otherwise a nice facility."
"The technician I had was amazing. She made me feel comfortable being there and kept me informed step by step. And it was just like staying at hotel but with wires hooked up to me."
