"Reasons why I dont recommend this place. 1. Dirty and nasty. ------> Immediately upon opening the lobby doors, the first thing you will look at are the floors. The dirt on the tile floors and around the corners. Having to wait for 40 minutes in the lobby all I could do is stare at those floors. Obviously, no one is maintaining or hired in this place to clean. How could a business here in America operate like this? And then when we were called and entered the office, there is no difference. The counters are dirty and the floors. Their mouth model looks nasty. And the techmnician or whatever is handling the gauzes with his bare hands that touched the screen of the computer. And then he dropped it on the tray with all the instruments that the dentist is gonna used. I was freaking out already at this point. I pointed the dirt on the floor to my husband and he asked me if I want to leave? And I said "YES". Cause he knows me and so we left. Everything here is dirty. Ive never been in an establishment before like this. I could never smell the smell of the cleanser nowherer. It should not be allowed to operate. 2. The wait is too long----> we waited for 40 minutes."

"The service I receive today was great as usual. I had to have some dental work done recently and during my 3 visits the people at brident always made me feel safe and welcomed. The first thing you see when you walk in is Kayla happily greeting you and she always remembers my name. Once I was called to the back I had the best duo of a dental assistant and doctor. Nada was excellent. She always made me feel welcomed and made every step of the process easy. Dr. White is a professional, he was very informative about things that I can work on and he always checked to make sure I wasn't in any pain during the process. I'll definitely be going back"
