"I’ve been coming to this office for 8 years! Rodriguez has delivered all four of my babies, BUT this front staff of hers are ridiculous. They now have a policy of no kids because of Covid as what was told to me by their manager. I spoke with said manager and explained why I need to bring my NEWBORN with me. She said that was fine and wouldn’t be an issue. Here I am waiting more than 30min because they refuse to see me because I have my one month with me. As much as I love the drs I need to make a change asap."

"I don’t recommend this Animal for no Procedure’s. I just took her to court and lied in front of the Judge. She ruined my life completely. She has ruined a lot of woman’s life by knicking colon’s, Bladders, I highly don’t recommend her for No Services. Ladies do y’all’s research First. "Dr. Rodriguez gave me a false diagnosis and misled me about my condition. I was misdiagnosed and medically gaslighted by Dr. Rodriguez. I unfortunately was told that the pain I felt in my pelvis and the painful periods I was experiencing was all in my head. She’s had me on birth control since I was 12 years old for the pain and wasn’t given a proper diagnosis. At age 19 I went back to get a second opinion she said I was too young to have endometriosis and too skinny to have PCOS. I felt mistreated, unheard, and hurt. I then decided to go to a different obgyn and was made aware that what I was feeling wasn’t normal. I was then diagnosed with PCOS & endometriosis. It’s a great feeling to be taken seriously, to know what's going on with you, and to be treated as a patient. Before coming here, do yourself a favor and look for a doctor that's well informed if you are experiencing any type of pain that isn't normal. But most importantly don't forget to advocate for yourself."

"DO NOT COME HERE!!! SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! This place asks for money up front even when you have insurance (we had 2 insurances). We were told that they were going to just hold our money in case the insurance didn't pay and wound up getting a HUGE bill for services. Found out they had not filed with both insurances (probably because they were lazy) and were just going to keep the money we had paid up front rather than file the proper documents so we wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. Wasn't notified of anything and they were going to keep the money without mentioning it to me at all. Had to call the insurance companies to force the doctor's office to file the correct paperwork and submit claims paperwork in order to not have to pay so much out of pocket or at all. I have been waiting for a refund for over 6 months. Every time I call the office manager (Mary Cano) is not in. This office is very poorly run and the receptionist is very rude. Listen to the other people on these reviews. My wife had a good experience with the doctor but, office staff is a nightmare to deal with, not worth the hassle. Will be going elsewhere for services, reporting to BBB, insurance company, and law enforcement will be notified of fraud. QUESTION ALL OF YOUR BILLS FROM THIS PLACE!!!"

"I went to this doctor for my first pregnancy , she does have a lot of people office its always full. Staff is really friendly but the service that Rodrigues gives you its really disappointment, she doesn’t really emphasize in your pregnancy or explains well. I was 6 1/2 months and only saw her twice in my whole pregnancy , i went to pre term labor and lost my baby. I don’t blame her at all but maybe if she wouldn’t focused a little more in patients or doing ultrasounds a little more ,something would’ve maybe helped a little. Really horrible experience being my first pregnancy I was really let down by this doctor . Really need to take care of her patients more."
