"They don't make appointments only take walk ins which is frustrating cause it's always packed the wait is always long and when you finally do get in the doctor is only with you for a few minutes looks over the file then gets you out quickly. The doctors and nurses are very nice though which is the only reason why I keep going."
"Worst pediatric ever, they had my newborn baby on antibiotics because supposedly she had a really bad uti, mind you she never had symptoms. They tested her many times i had to pay for every doctor visit because they wanted to see her daily. All that just to fins out my baby actually never had a uti (found out at the hospital) now because of them my baby has to be on probiotics because the antibiotics they gave her flushed out all her vitamins. DON’T RECOMMEND!"
"Dr. Tiu and all the staff there were so nice and polite. We're in-and-out with my daughter within 45 minutes. I loved that! They explained to me everything simple terms. I needed to find another pediatrician, and I found the doctor and the office where I would be taking my 2 girls from now on. Also, this office does take my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield federal)"
"Refused to check my newborn daughter had my Medicaid and everything but said couldnt check my daughter because they werent going to get paid and told me they couldn't help me and told me to go to another baby docotor horrible service I didnt know money was more valuable then a life will . If anything happens to my daughter they will be at fault. Money is the only thing they want they dont care about your babys health."
