"Waited 30 minutes to be told I need income verification before I could be seen (although no one told me this prior to appointment) when I tell them I have insurance they say oh ….. the provider you were supposed to see hasn’t been at this clinic in over a month so we need to reschedule you ! While I’m in the chair another appointment confirmation text reminding of my appointment that they have no provider to complete. No one called me! Very Unorganized, misinformation and a total waste of time."

"Took a week to get my prescriptions. Also was told I’ll have a follow up visit to discuss the imaging that I went to and had to pay for on 1/20/23. Well it’s 3/10/23 and I’ve been calling to set an appointment but can’t get through. I did a medication request on my chart a month ago. Still no response tho. This is pathetic"

"Came to this location to see a nurse practioner today. The care that I received from her was good, but I'm giving this place a one star review because they did not send my prescription over to the pharmacy that I'm supposed to be picking up my prescriptions. I called the number listed here after they were closed. A lady answered the phone and I was relieved, because I thought she could help resend my prescriptions over to the pharmacy before they are closed at 8pm. This lady not only did not help me the way that I wanted, she sounded like she had an attitude problem just because I couldn't hear her a couple of times. Well, I need my prescriptions to feel better, and I doubt that I'm able to find another pharmacy that are open 24 hours for prescription pick up. This place sucks and if you happened to be here anyway, just make sure that they send your prescriptions over to the pharmacy before leaving. So frustrated and disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this location."

"Never going back to this location. The manager is so rude. Never got my prescription from the provider. Received the wrong prescription days late. When I tell the front desk about my situation they never apologize for what’s happened. When I speak to another location I receive a completely different response. The front desk is professional, but not personable over the phone. This is a serious matter and it should not be taken lightly. The manager was extremely unprofessional and defensive. She wanted to discuss what the operator told her about me that I had previously talked to that transferred me to her instead of solve the actual issue. She rudely told me that “as [I] know, the staff can’t write prescriptions” and “from what I heard it was a completely different story, it sounded like you were outraged” - completely unnecessary and irrelevant to the matter. My blood was boiling after I spoke with her. She was unbelievably rude. The staff in office was nice and the provider was nice, but I have yet to receive my prescription. And when I voice my concerns not even the manager can help. Not going back to this location."

"I love this clinic! The staff are so friendly, from checking in to checking out the whole process was phenomenal. Parking is easy and the lobby area is nice and clean. Front desk welcome me with warm smiles and were very helpful. Everyone was so kind and I love the lady who drew my blood, I didn't feel anything! Dr and the medical student were amazing as well. This was the best experience I've ever had!"
