"If there were 6 stars they would get that! The whole process kept seeming too good to be true, as they made it easy and convenient at every step of the way. From initial contact to bringing our car back to us after it was all fixed up, the communication and professionalism was second to none. "When the hailstorm hit Dallas a few weeks back, I was contacted by Giovanni. There was a ton of damage to my car and I was worried about how costly it would have been to repair it. I am also an extremely busy person so I didn’t have much time to deal with it in the first place. Giovanni and his team assured me that the damage done to my car was repairable and they would work on it. I can honestly say after receiving the car and driving it around for a couple days that I’m very happy with how it all turned out! They also worked with my insurance and I paid nothing out of pocket! I am very happy with how smooth the whole process was as they worked with my schedule to make sure everything was convenient for me. They sent someone to pick up my car and drop it off once repairs were done, which took hardly any time out of my busy days! I really appreciate Giovanni for communicating everything that was being done to my car every step of the way! He kept me well informed on what was being done to my car and answered every single question I had. I also appreciate the dedication Gio and everyone at DMG has for making sure my vehicle was taken care of! Hopefully there aren’t anymore terrible hailstorms in the future, but if there are and I need any body repairs done on my car, I’m hitting up Gio to get me fixed up!"

"The service went downhill AFTER the repair of my vehicle. When you meet with a sales person from Dent Mechanic, you’ll get someone who is extremely eager you to get your business. They charge exorbitant prices witches, but only perpetuates the increase of exceedingly high insurance costs charged to customers for car insurance. I think the company is greedy and found a way to charge 50% more than what I was originally quoted by their company and another company that I considered going with. I told them that I was concerned about excessive charges and I was under quoted on purpose on two occasions. One by the sales person and another time by their own estimators. It went from say $5K to 7.5K to over 11K!! what’s worse is that when they returned my vehicle to me was dirtier than when I gave it to them. I keep my car very clean. I asked them to provide me reimbursement for having to re-clean it, and I’ve heard nothing back from them. Secondly, there’s a dent that is still on my car that they did not fix as well as a new scratch. I wish I’d never gone with this company. Follow up review: I gave them a second chance to fix the remaining issues. Damage seal around the moon roof. Scratch, dent, and detailing cleaning the car. They had my car for two weeks and brought it back with one of the four issues fixed. No attention to detail. And I do not deliver on what they promise. Their sales rep. Pedro even had the audacity to argue with me about the fact that they had caused the extra damage. I hand wash my car and know every detail, and he ignorantly suggested that he was paying just as much attention after seeing my car one time. On top of that my car came back the second time around with a foul odor inside."
