I’ve found handymen are very busy, and out of the 5 I contacted, Dean was the only one who returned my emails and calls in a timely fashion. What was most impressive was that he took the time to go through our inspection report and itemize each job with the materials and labor price. This was VERY helpful for my scattered brain! Once we got the list finalized he was able to start right away. I believe he works with one other person, so it makes sense that he’s busy. If you keep following up, he will get back to you.
