"Emanuel really helped us out! My fiance and I scheduled a movie date here weeks in advance but time forgets, we forgot the time till we checked and it was too late. Emanuel talked with his manager and helped us get a later time slot Thank you so much for being so hospitable! We absolutely love Star Cinema Grill! Food is always good too! "OK I really had high expectations for this movie theater. I was really hoping it would be good but it is overpriced and the food is nasty but it looked good which fooled me . Also by the way, do not go see Aquaman the movie sucks. I think that made my experience even worse I was also thinking that every seat got the blankets but no, it’s just the more expensive seats that get the blankets even though every seat is expensive all in all, I will not be coming here again if I have to spend my own money."
"I had passes, so my kiddo and I went and saw Trolls. Downside to passes is that you can't order tickets online before the showing. I was trying to see the true appeal of a theater like this and I could only come to the conclusion that the experience is not for a true movie fan. It's more of a social viewing. Frequent interruptions and missing parts of the movie for waitstaff attending you. A woman in the row below us got up twice during the movie to take a picture of her row with her flash on the phone. It just wasn't an experience I'd want to repeat if I'm footing the entire bill."
"I booked my tickets to the wrong location. The girl in the front was so easy to work with. She gave us a pause into the theater because I did it online the seats were amazing you could recline and kick up your feet. Since we booked for the wrong location, we were 15 minutes late and didn't order any food but we seen servers walking back-and-forth delivering food. Very easy to work on the app and the cinema is quite quiet. Restrooms are really nice and staff very friendly."
"I had a great experience here. We caught a weekday showing of Dungeons and Dragons. The theater was not crowded at all. It’s best to get there a little bit before your movie so you can place your order from inside the theater before the movie starts. We ate the Love me Tenders and Chicken Run. The food was great. Also, the free drink refills are a plus!"
