"Let me start by saying that I love Tropical Smoothie. I started eating there in the early 2000's in Florida. This location is one to avoid. I've had numerous issues here. Tonight I ordered online, picked up, and brought it home. My wrap was not wrapped properly and ended up a sloppy wet salad with a wet tortilla. I ordered a smoothie that I get all the time and the flavor is lackluster. I ordered extra sauces that I paid for but they didn't put it in the bag. When I brought it to their attention, I told them exactly what sauces were missing and they still didn't give me the right sauces. The staff is young which isn't necessarily a problem, but it becomes a problem when typical standards of food are not upheld. Drive a little further to the South Shore location to have a better experience than I did."
