La Finca Prosper is a charming bakery, cafe, food, and restaurant located at 2281 East University Drive in Prosper, Texas. Our journey with coffee began in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico in 2010 and has since evolved into a coffee roastery and bakery. In 2019, we relocated to Frisco, Texas and opened La Finca Coffee and Bakery, where we continue to serve high-quality coffee and authentic Mexican dishes that pay homage to old world traditions. As a family-owned business, our products are steeped in our family's history and passion for coffee. Our in-house bakery ensures that the same quality and standards applied to our coffee are reflected in our baked goods. From traditional Mexican dishes like Huevos Rancheros to modern options like Avocado Toast, our full-service kitchen offers a diverse menu for all palates.
