"I use to go into this store almost every day put now its homeless ppl camped put in front of the store. To me it's very unsafe. The employees had to give them a fan and they were all played out on the sidewalk with the fans on. I'm too scared to walk into the store fear of getting robbed. Something need to be done about this"
"Poor customer service. Store #07621. 1212 Aldine Bender I had 2 returns and she was not able to do one so I had my bag with me shopping. Mgr. came up to me and said they had to take the bag while i shopped in the store. I have come to the conclusion that depending on what part of town i am shopping in-if it's a bad one for theft, we all get penalized because I have never even been in this store, but they treated me like I was a thief. then when I go to the front Crystal was her name was very rude!!! yanked an item out of my hand & before I could even hand her each item was asking me are you getting this, etc. are you getting this?bottom line: I have just not had good customer service experience with Family Dollar at all especially with their return policy"
