"Recruiters know little about detail. This seems to be a beginners position only. I don't know any veterans who would settle for 75% commission and "as earned" to boot with no advance (which is available almost everywhere). Could it be their own credit holding them back? When you ask recruiting pesky questions like "how does the commission work SPECIFICALLY", it suddenly becomes "not a fit" and they hang up. This is unacceptable to me and apparently unacceptable to them to field specific inquiries on income. Hard pass."
