"I am utterly upset over how I was treated. I purchased an elliptical exerciser and had made arrangements to pick it up. When my friend had gone to get it for me, they had resold it. In a matter of 3 days. I had spoke to someone yesterday and was assured that I could pick it up today 1/9/24. On top of that, rather than give me my money back they give me a gift card…as if I want to continue shopping there. I am so adamant about this because i had seen when someone purchased a chair and the doggone thing sat there an entire week with a sold sign on it and no one touched it. Never again will I step foot in this location again. That was dirty dealings!!!!! If I could give a frown face I would!!!! No stars from me."
