"staff were very unhelpful, especially the black woman. She asked me to come out of the changing room (after she let me in) to show me how many clothing items i had. She was never there to help ( i needed to find new sizes etc, but she was always busy folding clothes elsewhere). Then after i tried them on and I wanted to purchase 1 shirt.. she asked me to go back into the changing room to take the hanger to keep it with me. (i still had more things to buy). 10 mins later walking around with the clothes hanger.. i asked her... why do i need to keep carrying this with me? She then said - it's supposed to put the shirt on so you can give it to the cashier. There was also a promo - buy one and get 50% off the next item... no one could answer me if it applied for jeans + jeans or could i mix and match? She asked me to go to the cashier to find out.. Then later at the cashier... she kept hounding me to sign up for a membership despite me saying im hardly in this country. I've been to the U.S and outlet stores for the past 15 years.. this is the worst outlet experience i've ever had."

"Guess factory outlet is awesome. Joe or Joel , sorry forgot the name, is great .. he remembered me for my second visit, welcomed me back, answered my irritating queries with smile like amazon symbol. Guess is lucky to have people like him. It makes me go to the store again n again."

"Section 9f store marked wrong. Said 50% additional on top of sticker price. Once at register, the employee & and manager said pricing is wrong because the new employee has been doing it. If they are aware of the issue, they should remove the 50%sign. It's missing leading. Not ethical at all. Should train employees before having them do pricing. I had to pay double of what I was expected to spend since I was already on line to pay. Worst experience ever!!!"
