Her academic path took her to the University of Notre Dame, where she developed a love for science and met her husband, Derry, a Houston native. After earning her MD from the New York University School of Medicine, Dr. Herlihy completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
