Founded by a mother-daughter duo, the institution is dedicated to promoting strength, energy, and active lifestyles. Offering a variety of classes such as tumbling, cheer, Hip Hop, yoga, and more, Vitality aims to cater to students of all ages and skill levels. In addition to classes, the gym also hosts birthday parties and other events, as well as summer activities for kids. With a passion for cheerleading, tumbling, and fitness, the founders Katie Halsell and Donna Burch bring years of experience and training to their students.
