"I give 3 stars because the help I received from the Assistant/Hygienist, Stephanie was amazing. The doctor was ok. His personality was a bit dry. I seemed frustrated when doing my extraction which gave me some anxiety but I'm glad it was over quickly. I hope and pray he did nothing wrong out of frustration."

"I was previously treated at this location in 2019-2020 but it has drastically changed. The staff is friendly but the services are unprofessional. There was a long wait (appointment scheduled at 9 AM and didn’t leave until almost noon, although arrived 15 mins early) and the office seemed to be understaffed. There is no privacy for treatment and discussing financial matters. I could hear staff speaking of my extraction that was coming up while waiting to see a dentist, which made me question the treatment I was about to undergo. I felt embarrassed while in the waiting area to hear another patient’s financial obligation not being paid which I felt should have been disclosed in a more private, professional manner by the receptionist/ consultant. My consultation was horrible as the consultant left many of my questions unanswered and appeared to only be interested in money. The emergency tooth extraction I had to have done was traumatic! I was treated by an associative dentist who barely interacted with me as a patient. After removing my tooth, he left without saying one word to me! His assistant was nice and tried to assist as best as possible. The extraction process itself was extremely painful and I was told I would feel “pressure” but it was horrific pain! Now I completely understand why some people fear visiting a dentist! I don’t recommend anyone to come here for dental treatment unless you want to be treated as a credit card instead of a human being."

"Stephanie, floor supervisor, was great. Courteous and professional. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the the front staff. I was also overcharged for services and trying to get billing to honor their agreement with the insurance has been a nightmare !!!"

"I made an appointment for the first time, for myself and my family, and it was great experience. The staff were friendly, efficient and explained everything. They operate a very clean and sterile environment, which I found to be very refreshing. Everyone was genuinely nice & friendly!! They made Me feel comfortable, and I would definitely continue to go there for my dental needs."

"My doctor smiled at me and said YOUR BACK!!! It makes you feel special when someone remembers you. He did a very good job on my teeth and gums. They feel better. The staff at the front desk smiles and are very friendly. Also l had asked to speak to the manager and she was kind enough to look up my information and explain my insurance to me so that l know how to proceed going forward. She was very nice and very helpful."
