"This is the most mismanaged place I've ever seen. Their text reminders are useless. Twice I responded that I needed to reschedule so the text said they would contact me. Twice ... no contact to reschedule. So I went on-line and requested appointments for both my granddaughters. Never got any response whatsoever. Finally called and rescheduled. Got the reminder text the day before appointments and I replied C as stated to confirm. I showed up with my two granddaughters for their appointment the next day and the doors were locked. I called their telephone number and got a general answering service and they said that office location was closed for the day. I got no notice at all. This was weeks ago and no one has ever called with an explanation or to reschedule. Would NOT recommend Smiley Dental to anyone for any reason."

"appointment scheduled on a non holiday monday, had to be on a 10 minute call just to be told it was closed & the system was down so I could not even reschedule at the time. Website disclosed wrong information and said it was open when obviously it was not."

They made the dentist (a scary place usually for most people) to a very welcoming and enjoyable experience!"
