Peace Circle is a historic institution located at 815 South Main Street in Grapevine, Texas, United States. The institution is dedicated to preserving the memory of a significant moment in history when Republic of Texas President Sam Houston met with 10 American Indian chiefs/captains on the Grape Vine Prairie in 1843. The institution features 11 bronze statues representing Sam Houston and the tribal leaders, symbolizing a spirit of friendship, peace, and trust. The dedication ceremony for Peace Circle included representatives from tribal nations, the Sam Houston Memorial Museum, and the Peace Circle Advisory Committee.
