“At first, I was a bit unsure about the thought of attending a therapeutic group workshop with others not knowing exactly what to expect, but the experience was not only enjoyable, it was deeply enlightening. Nina's animated personality touched all of us in the room which seemed to put us at ease quite quickly. She was able to create a relaxed atmosphere in which we felt comfortable enough to share our feelings in different areas of our lives. She guided us in a very simple form of role playing with one another which had us laughing and tearing up at times as we expressed our internal conflicts, as well as recognizing it in others. I left her workshop feeling happier than when I walked in. I had a sense of relief, a weight lifted off of my shoulders. I was able to reach within and express myself without fear of judgement.
