"I love them they take good care of my son everything he comes there"
"Came three days ago and discover they were "closed" until sept 2. I was really disappointed since i drove quite a bit (live far) and had called the place earlier but there was no recording or mention of the place being closed until sept 2. All it said was to resched appts or call back during business hours That was it. Had i known or even they mention it in their auto record then i would have schedule my trip another day when they are available. As for my past experience its been tough getting someone to answer the phone even when they are available. I think fridays are tough and lunch time is impossible. If u try when it opens....ur still at their mercy cause i feel they let the auto do the work. I always seen 2 people at front desk and its a man and lady but the man is regular so i find it hard believe noone can answer the phone at times. Last time i called i was sick with sinus and wanted come here. I believe its been 2 years now that i have seen them. Its affordable and im willing to give them chance still. They helped me when i was unemployed so that as well as when i was living pay check to pay check. I still am and hope to come back . im willing to give advice so they can improve their services"
"I went to the one on Berry Rd. Very nice clean wait time is not no 2hours more like 15 to 20minutes. The staff is very nice, Ms. Francine is very warming seems to care about your medical needs. The only problem I have it would be nice if someone would answer the phones so I can make an appointment. The phones just ring or they will hang up or u leave a message no one calls back. Unacceptable."
"It take 1-2hours to be seen. You have to schedule for another appointment just to get your test results. This clinic needs more systematic and efficient process to solve the issue. You can't schedule 3-5 patients at the same time if your patients waiting time is 1-2hours."
"This the most unprofessional place ever. It has been a month and I still do not have the medication that need a preauthorization by my doctor. I talked to 4 different people. The clinical manager even promise to call me. My family will no longer use this place and neither should anyone else. They should not even be allowed to practice in this neighborhood."
