"I don't generally leave a bad review unless I feel it is warranted. First off, I will give three stars because in the first few years I was with this agent, they were wonderful. However in the last year when I'd call in with an issue, they would tell me they'll look into it and call me back or take my info and have someone call me back. No one would call me back. This happened a few times. I finally felt like they no longer valued me as a customer so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I called in to cancel 10 days before my new premium was to begin. I gave both verbal & written notice of cancellation as they requested and also let them know what date I would like for the policy to cancel out. A couple of weeks later I got a bill saying I now owe for 2 months so I had to call in again to make sure my policy was cancelled. They finally took care of it. I got a notice in the mail yesterday that my policy has been canceled for nonpayment. I was like "What?! That's not true!" My policy was cancelled because I called in and I canceled it because I switched providers and I gave plenty of notice. I'm sure the new insurance provider sent proof of that as well. I always paid my bills on time so I felt that notice was absurd. I was not happy. They also sent one last bill so now I have to call in once again to find out what I'm being charged for since I shouldn't have been charged for anything. That is my experience with this agent. If they had ever called me back, I'd probably still be with them."

She showed so much compassion & guidance during a confusing and overwhelming time (first time car buyer). The customer service was amazing and I believe Sunni & her team truly care about their clientele!"
