"Back in November, I booked an appt for 6 pm with our person who usually cuts my son's hair Zavar. Well, when we got there , we were told she left, left even after knowing she had a booked appt. I loved the way she cut my sons hair, but after this experience with her- I will not be going back to her. Apparently, she doesn't care about her clients' time!"
"Message for the owner: Today I brought my 17 month old in around 11:30. There were three employees and only 1 child getting his hair cut in the facility at that time. No one was waiting. I stated I was a walk in and would like a cut for my 1-year old. The front desk employee walked to consult an idle employee sitting on a chair nearby. The woman walked to the counter and informed me that they were fully booked and couldn’t advise how long my baby and I would have to wait. I asked how many staff were cutting. She mentioned 3. I waited for her to change her response given the obvious math, but instead she re-referenced appointments. I said that then I would be leaving. She responded in a sing-song voice that she was sorry. It was very obvious to me that one of the two staff members not cutting someone’s hair could take my son…..So, my question is, everything states that walk-ins are welcome. When would that actually occur? We have several children and have both booked ahead and walked-in in the past. I can overlook the sub-par haircuts. I won’t overlook a mom and baby being told they have to wait for an undetermined amount of time when the shop is completely dead and when the salon’s constant response to inquiries is “we take walk-ins.” If it were my financial capital invested, I’d want to know that the staff were turning customers away."
"I really wish to put no starts. My one year old does not move at all while getting a haircut. We wanted the experience at a kids salon so decided to take him. The woman who cut his hair rushed for no reason. There were marks on the back of his head from the clippers very uneven and the edge all around was so bad. On the back of the head she went up so high and now growing out bad. The rush was crazy for a kid that was frozen the whole entire time. And let’s not get started with the $25 charge….."
