"first things firstI don't know how the staff puts up with some of these customers. as soon as I parked and got my kid out of the car, someone was pissing in a bush in the parking lot... upon ordering my second beer, one of the customers was upset about waiting in line for a bit and threatened to assault an employee in the parking lot saying catch me outside "partner " multiple times really loud in earshot of like a dozen kids, which i mean were in houston but like really....? at a chuckee cheese? my only other complaint is they deem budweiser a premium beer, which we all know its not especially compared to st.arnold. The staff are great, the kids love it, idk how these people do it but my kid loved every bit of it."
"Great location, and the food is good, too. But my only complaint in the reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because of the employees (with the exception of 3 young ladies that I would get their names next time) are beyond rude. Including the manager, she's the main one. Her customer service is horrible she needs to go back to training or switch jobs."
"We came here to eat lunch for my twins' 8th birthday. It was just the four of us, as a family. They said the cheese pizza was so good! I had salad from the salad bar. The service was good but could be improved. Overall, the kids had a great time."
