"My wife came in just to make sure our unborn child was ok after a fall. They refused to let her see the ultrasound for no reason (or at least they didn’t give her one). Then the insurance person came in, demanded $500, and when my wife asked for clarification (we’ve never been asked to pay like this) she accused her of being cheap and “not wanting to pay”. The bad reviews are not a fluke, avoid this hospital."
"I headed to the ER for heart palpitations and feeling light headed with an elevated blood pressure. I was in the waiting room for a total of 5 minutes before they called me back. The nurses and doctors were amazing at bringing me some ease while they ran a series of test to rule out any heart disease. They completed blood work, EKGs, and monitored my heart rate and blood pressure. The results came back in a timely manner and the Doctor came in to discuss my results. They then diagnosed me with Anxiety and prescribed me with medication to help with the symptoms I was experiencing. This place deserves 5 stars all around. They were amazing from start to finish."
"Been to many hospitals in my time. The staff was great and did everything they are allowed to do. Yes pain medication is not just handed out but that is the reality that we live in."
"I took my son to the ER last night but it seems like at the ER doctors don’t care and do nothing for kids when they go in for a fever or cough. They did Covid strep and flu test that’s it. The doctor came in just to ask how he was doing but never did he actually check on him correctly like breathing , lungs, heart, throat or he’s ears. the doctor let me know he would come back in when the results were ready and he never came back in. I’m so dissatisfied with the doctor’s level of care, both nurses who took care of my son were awesome very nice and caring!"
"Highly impressed with the level of care I received, the timeliness of the service provided, and the comforting and caring staff present at this location. I came in feeling horrible with an illness and about to cough my lungs out, I ended up leaving feeling much better! They were very attentive and caring. I cannot thank the staff enough, thank you so much for making me feel better! For all the negative reviews, y’all have to remember this is an EMERGENCY room, not urgent care or your primary care provider."
