"Whenever the manager helps me on the register, she's on the phone. She doesn't greet at the door. I find that extremely rude because when I ask a question, she ignores me. You can tell their are personal calls, not business calls. Also when another cashier helps me, she interrupted our assistance and delayed the line. It's the nearest Family Dollar in my area and I hate that I have to deal with that type of customer service."
