"I did not even get to rent a room for a friend because they absolutely refused to allow her medical alert service dog to stay in the room with her for the week she would be in town. It is both illegal and discriminatory to deny a room based on a service animal. I could understand saying no if it was a pet which in this case it is not. I absolutely do not recommend coming here to stay with a service animal at all and or wasting your time trying to get a room here."
"Room was decent, clean (for the most part), beds were nicely made, fridge and bathroom were clean. Unfortunately the room smelled strongly of skunk weed and there was no continental breakfast actually available despite what was advertised online"
"Absolutely awful place. We booked a king bed and got there to none available. Got a double that smelled horrendous even the bedding and a roach in the tub but it was 11pm we needed sleep. Woke up at 1am to a roach crawling on me. Loaded sleeping kids up went to front office rang the bell no one came so we left. Called for a refund the pos said I didn’t ring the bell even after I said he can check his cameras I rang the bell and stood there. Only thing offered was I come back and get a different room but we were already packed and on the road back on our trip. Do not stay here!!!!"
"When in a pinch and need an affordable place to stay - Rodeway! We saved $100 by staying here. There was no need to earn loyalty points, impress anyone, or pay extra for only a few hours of sleep for ourselves and our bags. Called and the front desk person held a room as we drove the 5 minutes to this location. Rooms were actually a tad nicer than expected for this last-minute, un-planned stay. Great price, well-lit and decently secured location near a gas station/convenience store and other food/retail stores."
"Owners were nice and polite at check-in. I found this hotel on the Triple AAA site. So I new it had to be a decent place to stay. The room was clean and they supplied enough basic hygiene and towels. I need my Schlitterbahn tickets printed out and the owner was glad to print them off. I really appreciate the hospitality and the pool was clean and wonderful. The other guest were respectful and gave positive feedback about there stay as well. Overall nice experience. We would come back! Ice machine, laundry machine, and vending machines were available on site"
