"First of all the store is very dirty and disorganized. Then while I attempted to find a clean cart I hear two employees saying she can go to another store she’s not going to find a perfect cart not in Burlington. I am very disappointed and disgusted at the same time at the fact that they’re ok with the look of the store as if this is what it is and we don’t care attitude. I will never visit New Braunfels Outlet Burlington’s location ever again. I work very hard for me to come to this store to feel overwhelmed with the mess on top of the bad customer service. I work in a law firm and I know first hand how clients will feel when they don’t receive the proper treatment when they are paying for a service , I too expect a better service and a better experience when I shop. Please do better."

"I love shopping at discounted stores. You find many great deals that you weren't looking for. My greatest find was two Disney mugs. Did I mention I'm a big Disney fan? So I collected different items from Disney. I found a mug with Jafar from Alladin and Doug the dog from the movie UP. They were only 4.99 each. What a steal. Great items on beauty supplies like shampoo, and makeup wipes. Shoes, I've found myself a pair of Minnie vans to wear. Sometimes it can be a miss. But you have to go in with an open mind and see what you find."
