"The Quick Lane is a great place to have you car serviced. I make a reservation using their webpage to schedule a time that works well for me. Their service advisors are extremely helpful. You can even pick your advisor online if you have one you are comfortable with. Blayke and Jonathan do a great job and are very helpful with getting all your work requests done. Southwest Ford also sends out regularly coupons for services as well that are helpful. The Works oil change is usually $59.95, which includes rotating the tires, topping off the fluids, testing the battery, checking belts/hoses, and checking tire pressure. They always have washed my vehicle as well before returning it. It usually takes about 45-60 minutes, unless they are real busy. They also have a courtesy vehicle to take you home or to work if needed. I have used SW Ford for a long time and have been consistently taken care of. I appreciate their commitment to customer service."
