"After reading some of the reviews. All I can say is I know these ladies can be frustrated but I understand it's business and situations happen for some of us to be late for variety of reasons. Other than that. I'll definitely keep my business with these ladies. They have a boss to answer to aswell and I'm very grateful that Ms Theresa gave me a second chance. I have issues going on job related and personal but I'm doing the most I can this time better than before. Plan to pay them off before or by December. I've known Ms Theresa for some years now and anyone who knows her would be lucky to have her accommodate you. Blessings"

"So being a former customer who paid her loan off years ago, I decided to try them again. I applied and was told because I had a late payment and paid my loan off that I could only get $200. I was ok with that but didn’t understand why I would be penalized for paying the loan off early. The next couple of days I called to let her know I would come in at her request so that she could pull the credit. The lady who initially answered asked was I even approved, then proceeded to ask someone else if they had spoken to me. Then the manager gets on the phone to tell me “she hadn’t spoke with no Tameka Anderson” and I corrected her with the correct pronunciation of my name and advised she had. She still kept saying she didn’t speak with me until I explained the call when she looked me up and told me of my history with them. Then she was like oh well if you would’ve said that I would’ve known. Then she proceeded to tell me she threw my application away and I was like why would you do that?? I was done with the call and her by then and advised her I read her reviews and see that I’m getting the same treatment and disconnected the call. Keep that $200 and people find somewhere else to go like Credit Central or Sun Loans, where your business is appreciated"

"Theresa is horrible she doesn’t kno how to talk to people she curses at customers just because they are late with a payment then hangs up in their face she probably needs a man or something to calm her down I hope she get the help she needs"

"Never do business with Maria very rude and disrespectful she doesn't know how to talk to people I've been in a hospital bed for 3wks had 2 surgeries going for central line put in for chemo today for antibiotics due to stage 4 cancer she replies didn't u have surgery 2months ago we said yes and still here having another hope she never goes thru this cuz karma will catch up to u Maria Happy Holidays"

"READ AND BEWARE >>> I dont think I could ever do business with them. I parked in front of the establisment and it was before they opened, and I was waiting for them to open on a Saturday (they open at 9:00am) I was gathering my documents when I saw 2 older women talking to each other about how they hate people that park in front of their office to go eat at the restaurant at the end of the shopping center. How they wish they could tow the people who aren't their customer. they said vile comments I wont repeat but that speaks about character . I heard enough to take my business elsewhwre and based on thr other reviews I am not alone. Someones grandmas need to retire.. They also have a sign that do not want anyone whose not a Customer to walk in. So if you have Questions forget about getting service if you dont intend to take a loan with them. Grotesque vile old women"
