"I regret banking with this credit union! Very frustrating and disappointing experience, my Zelle does not work I reported it many times but no one takes care of the problem! Customer service made me change my god damn phone number 3 times because they suspected the number I enrolled in Zelle was considered Fraud! Yet I’m using that number now on Chase Bank! Shame on you guys for providing false information. I will be closing this account very soon."

"I deposited a cashiers check into my account, and they held it for 30 days. Then, he said it was an invalid check and fraud. Closed my account and then had a cashiers check sent to me from them for the amount of the original check. Took it to them, and they would not cash their own check. The branch manager Christian kept telling me that the original check was no good and refused to help me even when I went to the bank that the original cashiers check was drawn on and verified the check. If the check was fraud, why did they issue me a check? This branch needs to review its procedures and work with its customers better."
