"Have fun trying to get your roof replaced from hail damage. Multiple people around me had their roofs replaced with hail damage. Had evidence of hail size that hit my house. Had multiple companies look at my roof and told me there was hail damage. Only people that said no was All State. Even had a leak that lead to water damage directly after storm to no avail...."

"Your review: I am writing this to update my previous comments. I had left a negative review earlier, which deserves clarification. I never had too many issues with the All State branch in Fulshear. Truth be told, I did not have too many interactions with the branch itself. I got to a point where I needed to call All State to cancel my policy, and I ended up talking with an 800 number. I was led to believe that I was being transferred to my local branch. It turns out that I was not actually ever transferred to the local branch. The result of the confusion was that I was continuously billed for a cancelation that never occurred because corporate requires you to cancel IN WRITING with your local branch. The guy on the 800 number never told me that. I don't particularly care for the in writing policy, but it's a corporate policy, not a branch policy. The point is, the 800 guy led me to believe that he had canceled it when he had not. In light of that, I change my review. I never had an issue with the branch, but I did have issues with the corporation. The people at the branch helped me cancel the policy, and they were polite."

"I had the best ever insurance experiences with Allstate. Recently my car was hit in parking lot and driver left the scene. The process of filing my claim online was simple. I chose the company for repairs. The company called in about an hour to schedule an appointment. Meanwhile Allstate was calling to notify me that my deduction could be less. Instead of $500 I paid $250. Rental car, etc. The entire process was quite refreshing."
