Built in 1929 by Ambrose Eddingston, this property features four two-story Tudor brick apartment buildings, a pond, and a one-story brick ranch-style home. What sets this property apart is the stunning Conch Shell Wall at the front, made up of 6,000 shells imported from the Cayman Islands and constructed by sculptor Dionicio Rodriguez. Despite being damaged by hurricanes Rita and Ike in 2005 and 2008, the property still exudes English-style charm and awaits a new owner to restore it to its former glory.
