"By far my WORST medical experience of my life. The office was dirty and about 25 years outdated. The staff rude and unprofessional, i had an appointment for my Mom to pull up her last wisdom Teeth with Dr. Dong and by the sudden a little Guy came and his name is WU, waiting for 45 minutes after my original appointment and another 20 minutes inside the room waiting for his majesty to examine my Mom, so i told him either pull it up or see if you can take of the cavity and put filling... he said we need to do deep cleaning to see if there is any cavity with a charge 165USD (this is ONLY 1 TEETH) as all around that one already pulled... I told him no thank you for your services and I want to go back home but they charged me 50USD for CONSULTATION ... Such a waste of time and money. Never going back."

They don’t call back, they don’t follow up, it takes forever to get it even if it’s an emergency. I loved the convenience of being close but I’d rather have my kids and I actually Have a dentist and staff that care ."

"They deserve ZERO stars. By far the worst ever. I came in and did the implant special for $699 for 2 implants (implant post only) and bone graft March 2020. I used my insurance and paid the remaining balance out of my pocket $1450. Pandemic hit and was unable to go back due to the office being closed. Fast forward to August 2020 had to go back because the membrane was not healing properly and I had an abscess, which I had repeatedly called and told them that a piece was still hanging out and not healing. I have been it that office multiple times and was never told I owe a balance. I received a call in December for me to finish everything and was given a quote of $500 for my appointment on 12/31 for my temporary abutments and bridge. I asked to have it rescheduled to January since my benefits would start over. Now they're claiming I owe $1450 BECAUSE THEY DID NOT BILL MY INSURANCE, and never said ANYTHING PRIOR TO TODAY. Not only is this BAD business, but I truly believe they are ripping people off. I will be reporting them to the BBB, Texas Medical Board, Texas Attorney General's and the Federal Trade Commission. They won't even tell me the name of the brand of implant that was used."
