"Co-worker and I came here for lunch. Food was good, but service could have been better. We got the Shaggy Dog and Philadelphia Roll. We wish there were better deals or combos since it’s pretty pricey for just 8 rolls. Recommend doing bento box or grill items for lunch as I saw those served plates being more filling than ours."
"Went here to celebrate someone's birthday. There was 4 of us in the group. It was so much fun!! Our hibachi Chef was professional, engaged us in conversation and kept us laughing the entire time. His food tasted great!! We all had a combination of things. Chicken/steak, shrimp/steak, filet mignon/shrimp and filet mignon/shrimp. Everything was cooked perfectly. At the end He asked who wanted Sake and no one, no one.. Not even the others that were seated at the table near our group wanted in on the fun, so I instantly said "I want it!!" And he said Ok it's ten seconds! He got the baby bottle, I opened my mouth and squirted the Sake. I was trying not to laugh!! He counted to 1-9, said 9 four times and then 10. I had a blast! I've been to another Hibachi restaurant but this one is far better!"
"Wayne I believe was our server, excellent customer service. Food quality and quantity wasn’t great in comparison to another table next to us being served. I ordered the Teppanyaki Steak medium and somehow got well done steak with Teriyaki Sauce on half of it. It seemed like I got someone’s half order from the Hibachi grill. Flavor balance of the steak was disappointing. Salad dressing was more on the thinner side like watery which was undesirable. My niece ordered the Teppanyaki Chicken and wasn’t thrilled she had more zucchini than anything on her plate. Fried rice lacked any flavor and was basically semi soy sauce rice. Took my food home and added more eggs, soy sauce, & seasoning to the fried rice. This is a one and done restaurant, we have no desire to go back for the food. Maybe take your holiday decor down after the restaurant closes or before you open for dining. It was unappealing and distracting to the restaurant atmosphere."
"Walking in I noticed the vibe and the decor it was very nice and calm, and the music was upbeat. I waited only a few seconds before someone came and asked if I was dining in. Once I was seated the waiter was very attentive and got my order right away. I ordered the shaggy dog and it was deliciousssssss!! I can’t wait to go back! Great customer service and great food."
